The Vanquish Zagato is a coachbuilt development of the Vanquish S, unveiled as a concept in 2016 and built as a coupe, Volante, Speedster and Shooting Brake. It uses the 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 with roughly 592 hp, driving the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic. Bodywork in carbon fibre with Zagato's double-bubble roof and hand-finished detailing makes it one of the last great analogue-feeling Aston V12s.
A collaboration between Aston Martin and Zagato, it revives a coachbuilding partnership dating back to the DB4 GT Zagato of the early 1960s. Extremely limited production, a naturally aspirated V12 and bespoke craftsmanship give it lasting appeal as a bookend to a fading era.
